FAQ

Good questions

Everything people ask before they make their first little friend. Still curious? Email us any time.

What can I send you?

Pretty much anything that holds still — stuffed animals, pets, toys, trophies, a person, your own head. Soft, matte, one-of-a-kind things work best. Shiny glass and mirrors are the only real troublemakers.

How do I film it?

A slow, steady lap all the way around, in good light. Our filming guide walks you through it step by step. Then we check every scan before we print — if it's not good enough, we'll tell you exactly what to reshoot. No surprises, no wasted prints.

How big are they?

Pocket-size minis by default, with a medium for the shelf. (Big minis are coming at launch.) Multipacks let you paint a few — gift one, keep one, redo one.

How long does it take?

We're a small batch operation, so we'll give you a realistic turnaround when you order. Scanning and clean-up is the careful part; once it's printed and packed, it ships with everything you need to start painting.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the lower 48 United States, for now. Alaska, Hawaii, and international aren't available yet — join the early-access list and we'll tell you the moment that changes.

Is it safe for my kid?

Yes. The figures are tough PLA, the paints are non-toxic and AP-certified, and we recommend ages 3+ because of small parts. Paint with supervision and have a blast.

I got an activation code — what do I do?

Lucky you. Head to Activate a code, pop it in with your email, and your account gets loaded with credits to put toward a mini. You can check your balance any time on your account.

What does it cost?

We're still in beta, so final dollar pricing isn't locked in yet. For now, minis are paid in credits — each costs its size (Mini 1 · Medium 2; Big minis arrive at launch), and credits come from an activation code, not a card. The pricing page has the beta credit costs; the early-access list hears first when dollar pricing is set — hop on it.

That's everything — grab your spot.

We're opening in small batches, and the early-access list gets first dibs and first word on pricing.

No spam, ever. Just a heads-up when the printers are warm.
